INTÉRPRETE: Vocalista y actor nacido como Charles Eugene Boone en Florida, Estados Unidos, en Junio de 1934, activo en la música desde 1954, ha logrado vender 100 millones de discos.

HISTORIA DE LA CANCIÓN: 5to simple y un enorme suceso para el vocalista y actor. Compuesta por  Ferdinand Washington y Stan Lewis, originalmente fue éxito en 1955 por The Flamingos, alcanzando el Nº5 en Estados Unidos en ventas. Pero esta versión de Boone fue sumamente popular. Tuvo varias ediciones, principalmente en formato Doble Extended Play (7'), siendo lado B en el Reino Unido del tema "Tutti Frutti", y de otro doble llamado "Pat Boone Sings The Hits" (Pat Boone Canta Los Éxitos). Fue Nº1 en ventas en ese país por seis semanas consecutivas, y alcanzó al mismo tiempo el Nº4 en Estados Unidos con el doble "Tutti Frutti", y el Nº12 en el segundo ya mencionado doble. Se unieron las ventas con las del simple (que tenía la canción en el lado A), a nivel mundial, alcanzando el Nº6 por 3 semanas consecutivas entre Abril y Mayo de 1956, logrando un total de más de 3 millones y medio de copias. Fue producido por Randy Wood.
